Youth and senior teams kickoff

First round of youth and senior teams kicked off last weekend with the wet weather impacting heavily on the fixtures. Highlight of the round were our 15 2nds coming away from Woodburn with a 4-1 win and our Premier Womens  team knocking out a 2-0 win over rivals Alstonville in front of an appreciative crowd on the clubhouse verandah. Great vibes and some sensational sausage sangers from Clinton Bown, it was a great way to spend the arvo.

Round 2 highlights saw a goalfest in the Bay with both Mens and Womens premier division teams racking up 13 goals between them. Our junior 12s, 13s and 15s teams got in on the action with impressive wins over Rovers on Saturday and our 13 & 14 girls continuing the run on Sunday. A cracking start to the season with some impressive football played by all.
