• Promote football, events and programs
  
• Communicate with families and the wider community
  
• Support sponsors and club initiatives
  

Media may appear on:

• The BBFC website
  
• Social media channels
  
• Newsletters and emails
  
• Club publications and signage

By registering a player with BBFC, parents or guardians acknowledge that:

• Photos or video may be taken during training, matches and club events
  
• Media may be used for club-related purposes
  

If you do not wish your child to appear in club media, you must:

• Notify the club in writing info@byronbayfc.com.au
  

BBFC will make reasonable efforts to respect these requests.

BBFC takes child safety seriously.

We commit to:

• Avoid naming junior players publicly without consent
  
• Avoid tagging children by name on social media
  
• Avoid close-ups where context is unclear
  
• Use images that reflect positive, inclusive participation
  

All official photographers and media volunteers are expected to comply with Working With Children requirements where applicable.

We understand families want to capture memories.

Parents and spectators may:

• Take photos or video of their own children
  
• Share images privately with friends and family
  

Parents and spectators should not:

• Photograph or film children other than their own without permission
  
• Post images in a way that could embarrass, identify, or place a child at risk
  
• Disrupt matches or training for the purpose of filming
  

If asked by a coach, manager or club official to stop recording, this request must be respected.

BBFC may share images with:

• Football governing bodies
  
• Media outlets
  
• Sponsors (club-related promotion only)
  

Images will not be sold or used for unrelated commercial purposes without further consent.

If you have concerns about an image:

• Contact the club as soon as possible via info@byronbayfc.com.au
  
• Provide details of the image and platform
  

BBFC will review requests promptly and act reasonably.
